Win an NFT as part of our Layer 2 public launch

We’re excited to announce that our Layer 2 account is now out of Beta. To celebrate, we’re giving you the chance to win an NFT handpicked by our team.

There are only 20 NFTs to be won, and they vary in price. This is not an airdrop. 

How do you enter?

There are three easy ways to enter.

1. Refer a friend

Refer a friend using your unique referral link and get them to fund their Layer 2 account with at least $10 of crypto. 

When you do this, you’ll get a Golden Ticket, which is 1 entry to our competition. 

Each successful referral is a new Golden Ticket. The more people you refer and get to fund their account, the higher your chances are of winning. 

With more than one Ticket you could even win more than 1 NFT if you’re very lucky! 

2. Send a gift

You can also earn Golden Tickets by sending gifts to friends, if they then claim the gift and create a new Argent Layer 2 account. You can earn as many Tickets from gifts as you want.

3. Fund your wallet

You can earn one Golden Ticket by funding your wallet with a minimum of $10 of crypto if you’ve never done so before. There are no fees on your first crypto purchase with Ramp. You can only earn one Ticket for this.

Where is your referral link?

Tap on the referral banner or ‘Invite & win’ in the top right of the home screen to get your unique referral link. Here, you’ll also see how many golden tickets you have.

Simply copy the link, and share it with your friend or family member however you like. This link will direct them to download Argent in the App Store or Play Store. 

Once they’ve funded their account, you’ll receive an email, push notification and earn a Golden Ticket. 

Timings

We will be running the competition from 7th March 2022 - 23:59 GMT, 28th March 2022.

Notifying winners

Winners will be contacted by email and will have their shiny new NFT deposited into their Argent Vault (we’ll provide one if you don’t have one) as Argent is the most secure place to store NFTs.

How to fund your Argent Layer 2 account

There are loads of ways to fund your account:

1. Buy crypto by card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay in Argent using Ramp 
2. Deposit from another Ethereum wallet, e.g. MetaMask (Layer 1) using your Argent userpage
3. Send from an exchange, e.g. Coinbase or Binance using LayerSwap
4. Send from another zkSync account (Layer 2) 
5. Receive a gift from a friend or family member (Has to be at least $10 for it to count as a successful referral. You can use this instead of your unique referral link)

I sent a gift to someone in the past, does this count as an entry?

We really appreciate you sending gifts to your friends and family so they can start exploring Layer 2. But for this competition, they won’t contribute to your golden tickets.
