Xplorer – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms) define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the use of the website accessible at https://xplorer.argent.xyz/ (“Site”).  These Terms may be amended at the discretion of Argent Labs Ltd (“Argent”).

Users can mint non-fungible tokens (“Argent NFTs”) via the Site (“Services”). An Argent X account must be used to access the Services.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Access to the Site may be suspended for any reason, including due to technical maintenance, migration or updates, or due to breakdowns or constraints in relation with the operation of the Internet. Argent gives no warranty regarding the Site and to the maximum extent permitted by law accepts no liability whatsoever to users of the Site.

Argent NFTs

An Argent NFT is owned by the user that mints it, and then any subsequent holder, which means they can be traded, sold, and otherwise moved between wallets at the holder’s discretion. All other rights are reserved to Argent and/or its licensors, including any trademarks, copyright, design rights, logos and/or other intellectual property rights contained in Argent NFTs. 

Site

Argent is the owner or is otherwise licenced to use all intellectual property rights related to the Site. Any content displayed or made available, such as text, logos, images, music, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Argent, its affiliates or its suppliers and is protected by English and international intellectual property law. Argent's names and logos are trademarks of Argent.  Accordingly, users agree not to reproduce, represent, extract and use in any way any or all of Argent's trademarks, logos, or other content on the Site. 

Between Argent and its users, the Argent NFTs hold no monetary value.  The information included on the Site is for informational purposes only, does not constitute legal, financial or investment advice. 

You must be 18 years or older and capable in your country of residence of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Site.

Argent reserves the right to refuse to mint or to destroy Argent NFTs that are in violation of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or any other applicable laws. This includes any Argent NFTs that have been minted using automated means.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and all disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
